How I work

You learn AI by building something real with it – not by watching.

I don't believe in slide marathons. In my coaching you work on a real task from your own week, with a little push at the right moment. You leave with something you'll actually use on Monday. The atmosphere: warm, jargon-free, with room for every question. Many of the people I work with are women and working parents, and everyone is explicitly welcome.

Most-asked questions, answered.

Do I need prior knowledge?
No. We start from where you are. Helpful but not required: an existing Claude or ChatGPT account.
Will my employer pay for it?
Often, yes. The AI Start package counts as professional development and a certificate is included. Ask your employer about the training budget, many cover the cost fully or in part.
Why does coaching for leaders cost more?
Because there's more in it: preparation tailored to your role and team, an extra session, and written AI guidelines your team uses afterwards. And because the company rate applies: the invoice usually goes to your company, not to you personally.
When are you available?
Evenings and weekends. I deliberately work with only a few clients at a time so there's enough time for each person. We set the dates together.
Remote or in person?
Both. Remote by video works very well for most topics. In person, we meet in St. Gallen or Zurich. Coaching is available in German or English.
Which tools will we use?
Mostly Claude and ChatGPT. Depending on your project, also NotebookLM for research and tools for images or small websites.
What do I bring?
Your laptop and one real task from your daily life we can work on together.
How many sessions do I need?
The AI Start package with three sessions is enough to get going. After that you can book single 90-minute sessions whenever new questions come up.
How much does it cost?
Private rate: AI Start 1:1 CHF 590 (for two: CHF 890), single 90-minute session CHF 190. Company rate for leaders: coaching package CHF 1,690 incl. preparation and AI guidelines, single session CHF 350. Team workshops on request. In the free intro call we work out what fits you.
